Spoof Defender provides affiliate fraud detection services that monitor search engines for branded keyword violations and identify affiliates who bid on your brand terms. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 16 years old
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Reverse engineer or decompile the Service
- Resell or redistribute the Service

5. Payment Terms
Payment and billing terms:
- Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Payments are processed through Stripe
- Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We may change fees with 30 days' notice
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
6. Free Trial
We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you'll need to subscribe to continue using the Service. We may modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Spoof Defender and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content from the Service without our permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPOOF DEFENDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spoof Defender from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our discretion, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may cancel your account at any time.
